We get it—sometimes things don't go as planned. However, due to the digital essence of our Templates, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We pour our expertise and creativity into each template, so it's crucial to read the descriptions and any installation guidelines before diving in.
If you encounter any hiccups, like conflicting code or plugin issues, these aren't grounds for a refund. And hey, technology evolves—so if Squarespace updates its platform in a way that affects our templates, we can't offer refunds for that either.

Our designs are the creative heartbeat of Escaping Ordinary, and they're copyrighted to us. So, while we're thrilled you love our work, you can't resell it or claim it as your own masterpiece. All the design elements, graphics, and Photoshop files are our intellectual property.
If you're a fellow designer, we get the temptation, but you can't take credit for our themes or promote them as your original creations.
As for the photos in our demo sites, they're off-limits for live websites. They're copyrighted and protected, so make sure to swap them out with your own stunning visuals.
